شروط الاستخدام

1. الأهلية والحساب

يجب أن تكون قادراً نظاماً على إبرام عقد، وأن تقدم معلومات صحيحة وتحافظ على سرية بيانات الدخول. إذا كنت دون سن الرشد في بلدك فيلزم إشراف وموافقة ولي الأمر، ولا يجوز شراء رصيد من دون موافقته. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يتم من حسابك، وعليك إبلاغنا عبر الدعم عند الاشتباه في استخدام غير مصرح به.

2. الخدمة والرصيد

يوفر Konvrt أدوات لتحليل الصور، إعداد استوديوهات المنتجات والأشخاص، وإنشاء صور بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي. قد تتغير الميزات والنماذج والتكاليف التشغيلية المعروضة داخل الخدمة. عمليات شراء الرصيد واستخدامه واسترداده تخضع أيضاً إلى سياسة الدفع والاسترداد.

3. صورك وتعليماتك

تحتفظ بحقوقك في الصور والتعليمات التي ترفعها، وتمنح Konvrt ومزودي الخدمة ترخيصاً محدوداً لمعالجتها بالقدر اللازم لتنفيذ طلبك، حماية الخدمة، ومعالجة الدعم. تقر بأن لديك الحقوق والموافقات اللازمة، بما فيها موافقة أي شخص ظاهر في الصورة.

4. المخرجات المنشأة

في العلاقة بينك وبين Konvrt، ومع مراعاة النظام وحقوق الآخرين وشروط مزودي النماذج، تكون لك الحقوق التي قد تنشأ في المخرجات التي أنشأتها الخدمة لك. الذكاء الاصطناعي قد ينتج مخرجات متشابهة لمستخدمين مختلفين، لذلك لا نضمن التفرد أو الدقة أو قابلية التسجيل كحق ملكية. راجع النتيجة قبل نشرها أو استخدامها تجارياً.

5. الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز استخدام الخدمة من أجل:

• محتوى غير نظامي أو احتيالي أو ينتهك الخصوصية أو حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
• انتحال شخص حقيقي أو إنشاء محتوى مضلل عنه دون موافقته، أو إخفاء الطبيعة الاصطناعية عندما يلزم الإفصاح عنها.
• استغلال الأطفال أو المحتوى الجنسي غير الرضائي أو التهديد أو التحرش أو خطاب الكراهية.
• محاولة اختراق الخدمة، تجاوز حدود الاستخدام، التحايل على الدفع، أو تشغيل أدوات آلية تضر بالبنية التحتية.
• إزالة وسائل الحماية أو استخدام المخرجات لاتخاذ قرارات عالية المخاطر دون مراجعة بشرية مؤهلة.

6. التوفر والتغييرات

نسعى لتوفير الخدمة باستمرار، لكن قد تتوقف مؤقتاً للصيانة أو بسبب مزود خارجي أو ظرف خارج السيطرة. قد نعدّل أو نوقف ميزة مع إشعار مناسب عندما يؤثر التغيير جوهرياً على رصيد مدفوع غير مستخدم. إذا فشل إنشاء صورة قبل اكتماله القابل للفوترة، يعيد النظام الرصيد المخصوم تلقائياً وفق سياسة الدفع.

7. التعليق وإنهاء الحساب

يجوز لنا تقييد الحساب أو تعليقه عند وجود إساءة استخدام، احتيال، خطر أمني، طلب نظامي، أو مخالفة جوهرية لهذه الشروط. سنحاول توضيح السبب وطريق الاعتراض عبر الدعم ما لم يمنعنا النظام أو متطلب أمني. يمكنك طلب إغلاق حسابك من صفحة الدعم؛ وقد نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة عندما يوجب النظام ذلك.

8. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

تُقدّم المخرجات بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي وقد تحتوي أخطاء. لا تُعد استشارة مهنية أو ضماناً لنتيجة تجارية. إلى الحد الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نكون مسؤولين عن خسائر غير مباشرة أو مترتبة، ولا يحد أي نص من حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية أو المسؤولية التي لا يجوز استبعادها نظاماً.

9. النظام المطبق والتواصل

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. نسعى أولاً لحل أي شكوى ودياً عبر صفحة الدعم والشكاوى، مع بقاء حق المستهلك في الرجوع إلى الجهات المختصة. قد نحدّث الشروط عند تغير الخدمة أو الأنظمة، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be legally able to enter into a contract, provide accurate information, and protect your login credentials. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must supervise and approve your use, and must approve any credit purchase. You are responsible for account activity and should contact Support if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. The service and credits

Konvrt provides image analysis, product and people Studio tools, and AI-assisted image generation. Features, models, and displayed usage costs may change. Credit purchases, use, and refunds are also governed by the Payment & Refund Policy.

3. Your images and instructions

You keep your rights in images and instructions you upload. You grant Konvrt and its service providers a limited license to process them only as needed to fulfill your request, protect the service, and handle support. You confirm that you have all required rights and permissions, including consent from people shown in an image.

4. Generated output

As between you and Konvrt, and subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and model-provider terms, you receive any rights that may arise in output generated for you. AI can create similar output for different users, so uniqueness, accuracy, and registrability are not guaranteed. Review every output before publishing or commercial use.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, or intellectual-property-infringing content.
• Non-consensual impersonation or deceptive media about a real person, or hiding AI involvement where disclosure is required.
• Child exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, threats, harassment, or hateful content.
• Hacking, bypassing limits, payment abuse, or automation that harms the service.
• Removing safeguards or making high-impact decisions without qualified human review.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Konvrt available, but maintenance, external providers, or events outside our control may cause interruptions. We may change or discontinue a feature with appropriate notice if it materially affects unused paid credits. When image generation fails before billable completion, the system automatically returns the deducted credits under the Payment Policy.

7. Suspension and account closure

We may restrict or suspend an account for abuse, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. Where permitted, we will explain the reason and an appeal route through Support. You may request account closure through Support; limited records may be retained where legally required.

8. Disclaimers and liability

AI-assisted output can contain errors and is not professional advice or a guarantee of commercial results. To the extent allowed by law, Konvrt is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. We aim to resolve complaints first through our Support & Complaints page, without limiting a consumer’s right to contact a competent authority. We may update these Terms when the service or law changes; the latest revision date appears above.
